YOUR ROLE

  • Perform receiving, inspections, and shipping of direct and indirect materials according to site procedures.
  • Unload, put away, and transfer empty containers, raw materials, and finished goods to the warehouse and / or production mixers as needed. Includes all necessary SAP transactions
  • Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment according to site procedures.
  • Understand and follow all applicable policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Perform scheduled inventory cycle counting of raw material, intermediates, and finished products including all necessary SAP transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including raw material warehouse, and comply with all 5S requirements.
  • Assist with other functions of the site as needed.
  • May also be required to help with set ups, shipping, tote stand, storage, and paperwork of raw materials & finished goods as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Manufacturing or Material Handling experience preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Comprehension of basic mathematical and science concepts.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Certifications and licenses — Forklift.
  • Training in DOT shipping regulations and / or CDL license w/hazmat endorsement NOT required, but would be a plus.
