YOUR ROLE

  • Ensure timely resolution of issues impeding the flow of production.
  • Resolves priority conflicts across lines and ensures the lines are balanced and performing according to planning rules.
  • Facilitates new product launches to assure successful implementation.
  • Develops and implements new ideas focused on continuous process improvement, cost containment and efficiency along the Value Streams.
  • Conducts project and analytical work.
  • Assists the Director of Liquids Operations in developing and monitoring the annual business plan and business unit performance.
  • Lead and coordinate all production activities through direct reports and hourly associates to achieve production goals across multiple production lines. 

YOUR SKILLS

  • B S Degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience, skills, and training. 5 years experience with Bachelor degree or 2 years experience with Master/MBA degree.
  • Basic or advanced computer and database management skills.
  • Statistical and analytical problem solving.
  • Prefer knowledge of lean manufacturing and manufacturing processes such as Just in Time (JIT), KANBAN, Pull Systems, Green or Black Belt certification.
