  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for the production of all finished goods and intermediate products.
  • They are responsible for coordinating the production schedule, materials, manpower, and vessel availability to produce a high-quality product that meets customer demand on a timely basis.
  • This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
  • 5 + years of experience of managing and leading people in a production environment.Hand-on leadership style by working closely with employees.
  • Learn effectively to operate all the mixers at the mixer level, to educate and direct mixers on the use of the equipment

  • Ability to coach/ mentor motive employees. Establish a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement throughout the plant.
  • Ability to investigate and define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Investigate root cause and drive corrective action to resolve problems.
  • Ability to review and analyze operations data daily. (scrap cost, rework, Yields, downtime, labor needs, customer complaints, on time delivery, equipment utilization).
  • Provide ideas and input to manager for cost reduction and process improvements activities as well as training needs.
  • Lean knowledge, six sigma certification strongly preferred but not required.
  • Progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear expression
