Local Brand Manager Beauty Care Retail (temporary 12 month contract)

YOUR ROLE

 In this role you will be part of the Swedish sales team and working closely with Nordic Marketing. You will;
• Be an important player in the Go-to-market process by coordinating key steps in the process of launching new products on the Swedish market
• Develop & implement local marketing activities for the Swedish trade, in tight collaboration with Nordic Marketing & Nordic Trade Marketing team
• Coordinate & secure implementation of the best and most effectful POS material in store in tight collaboration with the Nordic Trade Marketing team
• Plan, manage & track assigned marketing budget and secure an efficient use of assigned funds in order to maximize the impact of planned marketing activities
• Based on analysis, secure an assortment strategy per channel/customer through tight collaboration with KAM, Category Manager and Nordic Marketing
• Play a key role in the Swedish Sales Conferences, with responsibility present new launches & top priorities for the coming periods

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience (minimum 2-4 years) from a commercial function (Marketing, Sales, Category Management) within the retail industry.
    • University degree (Business/Marketing).
    • Fluent in Swedish and English. • Excellent computer skills, good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
    • Great leadership values and an understanding for diverse cultures in an international business environment. • Strong structural skills as well as an operative mindset.
    • Strong business acumen and good knowledge of Swedish trade form an omni-channel perspective.
    • Excellent communication skills, good writer and good public speaker.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision.
    • Ability to structure work and set meaningful priorities.
    • Good team player, but likes to work independently.
