YOUR ROLE

  • Sales strategy is the voice of the retailer at the cross functional table.
  • You will develop and leverage knowledge of retail strategies, shopper trends, and competitive intelligence will help shape Henkel’s go-to-market strategy, marketing approach, and innovation pipeline.
  • Day to day work involves meeting with field sales teams to gather insights and input, working with marketing teams on current and future initiatives, and synthesizing available business and syndicated data to influence company direction.
  • As a Sales Strategy Intern, you will work alongside of an experienced Sales Strategy Manager that will guide your project work to have a meaningful contribution to the team.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools
  • Analytical proficiency
  • Basic presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, willingness to seek feedback, and apply attention to detail
