E-Commerce & Selective Retail Key Account Manager (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for the strategic development of e-commerce in cooperation with our brand/commercial teams
  • You have the operational responsibility for e-commerce key accounts including negotiations and agreement of objectives. A small number of selected premium beauty retailers will also need to be handled
  • You take over the agreement, implementation and optimization of marketing measures at these key accounts
  • You are responsible for the Cooperation with the global professional haircare e-commerce team 
  • Monitor the competition and do market research for best practices

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Economics, trade marketing or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in the Beauty Care Industry
  • Advanced experience in online/offline assortment, pricing, campaign development, implementation, steering, and tracking
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity and supply chain processes 
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and drive online sales
  • Ability to analyze client potential and growth opportunities 
  • Fluency in English in spoken and written form, other languages are helpful
