YOUR ROLE

You’ll be part of the Customer Service team responsible for managing orders of a group of customers.

·Coordinate information through sales team/logistic and demand planning in order to satisfy our customer requests and ensure a proper service level

·Problem solving

·Monitor our KPIs: service level/on time deliveries/cost to serve

·Utilizing SAP to manage orders

YOUR SKILLS:

·High service and customer orientation, resilience and reliability

·Master's Degree in Management Engineer or Economics

·Strong analytical and solution-oriented person with enthusiastic and flexible personality

·Eager to learn working in team

·Good knowledge of Excel

·Fluent Italian and English
