  • Supporting and ensuring completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer/all product performance complaints
  • Ensuring laboratory and application equipment that are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
  • Standardizing and developing new test methods
  • Running and performing customer lab demonstrations using application equipment both internal and external
  • Preparing internal and external tests reports and making presentations to internal work groups/departments
  • Participating in presentations to customers
  • Leading internal and external technical requests and projects
  • Directly communicating, in scope of products tests/validation, with the field Sales/Technical Customer Service (TCS) teams, Key Account Managers (KAMs), project teams, customers 
  • Leading and supporting ongoing harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods (including Implementation/development of new test methods)
  • Participating in training of Sales/Marketing and other Technical Personnel
  • Providing application support for various projects


  • Having Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles within an international organization, preferably having a lab experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Having valid driving license and being flexible for traveling 
  •  Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Eager to take responsibilities and enhance technical knowledge
