  • Ensure and assist with quality system compliance to include QS, IATF and ISO standards.
  • Assist in maintaining of 5-S program.
  • Training of new employees.
  •  Attend all required meetings.
  • Assist in preventing where possible and reducing down time, scrap, change over time on processes to help assist in meeting production goals and needs.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by providing feedback to supervisor regarding any issues, improvements or concerns and rumors.
  • Work with Inventory Control to ensure that the needed components for area are adequate.


  • HS diploma or GED.
  • One or more years’ experience in Manufacturing
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in computers including MS Word, Excel.
