Global Key Account Manager (Semiconductor Electronics)

  • The Global Key Account Manager will develop and manage the overall strategy for Henkel's key semiconductor adhesives account
  • Build a strong network within the customer organization at all levels, incl. top executives
  • Build rapport, credibility and value with assigned customers by responding quickly and professionally to inquiries (technical, pricing, samples, etc.)
  • Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into new opportunities and joint innovation roadmap across entire Henkel product portfolio
  • Responsible for global revenue and profitability targets and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strategic account plans (short-/mid-/long-term targets) incl. clear implementation plan and present to executives
  • Ensure implementation of strategy incl. qualification of products, sales forecast, pipeline management, maintenance of CRM tool, monthly reports for management, and quality and supply chain topics
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to cross-functional Henkel teams including Sales Executives, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Team Members and Management to achieve the annual sales and margin targets regarding account strategy, responsibilities, and expectations


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 5+ experience in the semiconductor or related industry is required.
  • Key account management is required.
  • Project management skills in an international environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronics adhesives would be valuable.
  • Experience in Strategy and Marketing is beneficial.
