Global Senior Manager Sales Enablement (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and steer global sales enablement roadmap for an increased efficiency and effectiveness of sales ecosystem based on best processes (standards, design), systems (tools and job aids) and services (training, content) within our Business Unit Adhesive Tecthnologies
  • Lead and manage a high-performing cross-functional team focused on sales enablement program creation, development, and delivery aligned with the sales process, go-to-market goals and objectives, and overarching company vision
  • Own and steer transformational initiatives related to sales methodology, key sales processes, technology, and the delivery of solution-related content/training to the sales team to grow revenue by increasing sales effectiveness
  • Identify and prioritize business demands on customer-focused, scalable digital tools (incl. CRM process and platform changes) and drive implementation through digital Sales Excellence team
  • Define key performance indicators and metrics to measure and evaluate the return on investment

YOUR SKILLS

  • University Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Sales and Strategy / Consultancy
  • 2+ years of international work experience
  • Desire to work in a dynamic team and challenging environment
  • Strong analytical, proactive thinking and digital skills
  • Effective communication and persuasiveness skills
  • Excellent English language skills, fluency in other languages a strong advantage
