Haircare Go-to-Market Intern– Summer 2021

YOUR ROLE

  • Become a part of our team by assisting Haircare Go-to-Market Manager and Director with day-to-day tasks, special projects and growth initiatives
  • Expand your collaborative skills by partnering with cross-functional teams (NPD, R&D, Sales, Creative, etc.) and/or external agencies to deliver project goals
  • Apply your knowledge in Marketing/Digital Marketing by working with the Zotos Professional Digital Team and key accounts to plan & execute both promotion and digital/social activations
  • Complete Internship Project to grow your analytical skills by researching and presenting findings and key recommendations based on main competitors go-to-market activities, pricing and leading digital strategies, in order to identify the most effective and efficient ways Zotos Professional Haircare brands can win at distributors/retailers
  • Attend all functional business meetings (NPD, Creative, Sales) and send out meeting recaps

YOUR SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing or have completed your studies no more than 6 months prior to the start of the internship, with a GPA of 3.2
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team Player, motivated, and driven to succeed
