  • Be an essential part of the global eCommerce Pure Players Team that defines, develops and executes the eCommerce strategy for Adhesives Craftsman & Consumer (ACC) Business
  • Exploiting full potential of eCommerce for the ACC business
  • Driving holistic implementation of eCommerce strategy: steering of content optimization & campaign activation to assortment optimization & performance analytics
  • Active contributor in international management team, closely collaborating with country of e-KAMs to drive results and build capabilities
  • Identification of opportunities and potential in eCommerce on developing marketplaces, with Multi-Channel partners: define pilot projects and formulation of corresponding strategies
  • Collaboration with brands and countries, selecting and managing agencies and service providers
  • Impact analysis, deduction of learnings and data-driven recommendations
  • Conducting seminars, trainings and ensuring know-how transfer
  • Act as change agent to drive the digital transformation


  • Excellent university degree, preferably in business administration, media management, or information science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of eCommerce/multichannel sales & marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of digital retailing and economics of pure-player platforms and marketplaces
  • Proven track record of growing business in eCommerce
  • Goal oriented working-style, reliable in project management
  • High level of passion for eCommerce, Digital marketing and trends, strong entrepreneurial drive, pro-active personality
  • Persuasive communication style to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
  • Excellent English language skills
