Customer Service Specialist

YOUR ROLE

  • You’ll be part of the Customer Service team focusing both on customer collaboration/internal efficiency projects and managing orders of a group of customers
  • Analyzing data and identify potential areas of improvement/collaboration
  • Coordinate other CS agents/other functions in order to develope customer collaboration/efficiency projects
  • Coordinate information through sales team/logistic and demand planning in order to satisfy our customer requests and ensure a proper service level
  • Monitor our KPIs: service level/on time deliveries/cost to serve

YOUR SKILLS

  • High service and customer orientation, resilience and reliability
  • Master's Degree in Management Engineer or Economics
  • Previous experience in "operations/supply chain" area preferred
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented person with enthusiastic and flexible personality
  • Strong ability to work in large and diverse team
  • Great knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP systems
  • Fluent in Italian and English
