YOUR ROLE

  • Join the central Market Strategy and Organizational Excellence team, helping to transform Adhesive Technologies into a future-ready organization - market-centric, competitive, and agile
  • Initiate and lead transformational projects or workstreams of large projects with a focus on strategy development, organizational design, capability, and culture
  • Be an expert for Organizational Excellence, establishing and improving related methodology, standards, and tools
  • Advise our Strategic Business units with your expertise, project management and consulting skills to help them drive change, define resources and roles required for strategy execution
  • Contribute to the identification of future requirements and measurement of organizational health of our organization
  • Get to know the global market leader in Adhesive Technologies and have direct access to its top management as a basis for building a long-term career at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master or diploma with excellent degree of a leading university (MBA or PhD in Business administration, Engineering or Science preferred) 
  • Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably min. 2 years in a leading strategy consultancy or in the inhouse consulting unit / strategic department of a global corporation
  • Proven track record as Project Manager, preferably with certification in Project Management (e.g. PMI and/or Agile/Scrum)
  • International experience to evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives
  • Fluent English language skills, additional proficiency in any other major European language desirable
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proactive team player with a high level of motivation
