YOUR ROLE

  • Exciting position working as Resident Engineer for e-Mobility with responsibility for identifying and driving technical projects for battery and electric drive systems at our customer Audi
  • Work cross-functional and global as the lead for project management, from first design discussion, prototyping, approval, production scale-up phase and first sales
  • Daily close collaboration with design engineers for battery and e-Drive systems
  • Development and maintenance of a network to the customer and other suppliers and partners
  • Main technical interface to the customer
  • Get technical approvals on new battery and e-Drive applications for Henkel products
  • Understand key technical customer requirements and specifications  
  • Involve internal stakeholders at Henkel, e.g. research and development team to support on achieving the technical customer approval
  • Collaborate with Henkel Key Account Management

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Management 
  • Ideally min 5. years of relevant experience in the automotive business
  • Proven track record in execution of projects, effectively managing simultaneous workstreams and a variety of stakeholders 
  • Good understanding of the OEM’s development process and related tools
  • Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  • Experience in working effectively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Driving license B

This is a 100% field position with home office base for Audi in Southern Germany.
