Innovation Project Manager (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Critical role to delivering new products in a timely manner to our strategic markets
  • Manage innovation development projects / lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
  • Create and align on project time schedule and financial plan, ensure thorough planning of project milestones, tasks & actions and regularly update and report on project progress and status
  • Proactively communicate issues and risks to project steering committee and other stakeholders as well as present and defend your projects in the project steering committee ("gate reviews")
  • Manage project budget, effort and KPIs; identify risks and define countermeasures
  • Take the lead in case of problems and conflicts
  • Guide team members to properly use the ADP (Adhesives Development Process) and the Planview IT architecture
  • Drive master data accuracy within Planview
  • Ensure high quality and reliability of the commercial target of a project within the organisation in terms of value proposition and financial plan  

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Management / Engineering / Science / Chemistry
  • Min. 3 years of project management experience (preferably certified according international standards)
  • Preferably professional experience in Sales / Marketing / Technical Service / R&D Product Development
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Very good analytical skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong positive "can-do" mindset and collaborative teamplayer  
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent and result-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiastic change agent - ability to "sell" the ADP process internally
  • Capability to drive and influence with direct authority
