YOUR ROLE

  • Manage all aspects of the Process Engineering, within allocated budgets, SHEQ targets, regulatory requirements, and timeframes based on business requirements and priorities
  • Process improvement lead and implement key capital projects to support business growth and facility improvement.
  • Ensure manufacturing operations are reliable, property remains presentable and well maintained, and long-term cost of ownership of plant, equipment, buildings and infrastructure is minimised.
  • Lead the selection and engagement of contractors for the provision of maintenance, engineering, technical design and construction services.
  • Provide engineering and technical input (scoping, design, analysis, time and cost estimates, risk assessment) for introduction of new production processes, facility improvements, and for site acquisitions, consolidations and integrations.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Manufacturing Process Engineering experience, with proven capability in process improvement
  • Relevant qualifications in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, dedicated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Engineering/Technical expert in Industrial Adhesives (knowledge in PVE and Water base technologies preferred)
  • Experience with batch manufacturing industrial processes, PLC based automation and control systems will be highly regarded
  • Provide engineering and technical input (scoping, design, analysis, time and cost estimates, risk assessment) for introduction of new production processes, facility improvements, and for site acquisitions, consolidations and integrations.
