YOUR ROLE

  • The Affiliate Export Manager is responsible for delivering a supply plan that meets the business requirements for Henkel affiliates across the globe.
  • Requires proactive communication with key global stakeholders and collaboration with the regional Supply Planning and Logistics teams to deliver requirements on time and in full.
  • Understanding of regional sales needs and forecasts & ensuring proper visibility in SAP
    Collaborating with supply planners to ensure requirements are being produced on time, while communicating risk and mitigation strategy
  • Execution of product reservation, pack out, and preparation for export shipmentsas well as creation of delivery notes, invoicing, and export documents
  • Exploring continuous improvement opportunities, play a key role in standardizing and documenting processes.
  • Be part of an entrepreneurial team with a strong feedback culture and the ability to drive change.
  • Support of the $1Billion Gross Sales Beauty Care Retail business with a sustained service level of 98% through an excellent supply planning process
  • Utilize our leading planning indicators, like production adherence, pacing, weeks of coverage to drive needed decisions.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Planning/Logistics - preferably on the basis of SAP APO
  • B.S. or B.A. degree desired in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Continuous improvement and a passion for customer service
