  • Assist in the launch of key New Product Innovations in the haircare industry
  • Prepare and present monthly sales and promotional activities
  • Analyse market dynamics, trends and track competitors’ activity
  • Management of the artwork approval process, and coordination of all images and assets for the brands.
  • Strong cross-functional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Community management of influencers and endorsers
  • Local Marketing strategy definition: Develops, leads & implements local activity plan for Brand, Trade Community (Digital, PR, Events) in alignment with local and regional management teams
  • Coordinates with local Education & Sales teams to achieve targets & increase brand awareness, market penetration & new clients
  • Create and keep alive local brand community movement, motivate hairdressers and advocates
  • Lead the successful implementation of new launches to achieve business goals.
  • Results management and P&L steering: analyses brand performance on weekly/monthly basis
  • Propose measures in case of deviations vs. objectives
  • Identify market and channel trends, regularly visits customers, evaluate market insights & competition activities
  • Propose new ideas to local/regional/international teams for further business growth according to market needs


  • High level of interest in beauty & fashion industry, passionate about hair!
  • Degree in Business Studies with marketing and finance modules, demonstrating a clear understanding of the principles of marketing and brand management
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • Proactive, passionate, team-player
  • Excellent communication skills – able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently
  • Personal initiative, with the ability to take on a high level of autonomy
  • Analytical problem solver with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate competence in data compilation – fact finding and extracting information from internal/external sources
  • Possess exceptional IT skills
