The Junior TCS & Certification Manager strengthens our global team in technical customer service (TCS) to further drive business growth in Engineered Wood. 


  • Surveillance of standardization procedures in different industrial standards and Eco-label committees
  • Screening and management for Eco-Labels, Environmental product declarations and Life cycle analysis
  • Project management and communication of diverse internal and external technical or certification activities
  • Evaluation of executive summaries of technical documents, test reports, draft standards, association meeting protocols
  • Maintenance of technical documentation
  • Assistance in alignment of CTQ (Critical to Quality) criteria for development of new adhesives
  • Lab work to prepare samples, run tests, evaluate adhesive performance


  • Master degree in the field of wood engineering, wood technology or ecology and sustainability
  • Experience in a complex regulatory environment (certification, building codes, eco-lables…)
  • Integrative personality with entrepreneurial flair, with interest in complex projects
  • Good communicator; ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Openness to work with wide variety of stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel on business in Europe
  • Fluency in English and German, additional languages in major markets a plus
