役割

  • Support Henkel line management in meeting local SHE & regulatory compliance and Henkel SHE Corporate compliance
  • This would be through promoting and developing SHE Minimum Requirements by training, auditing and raising SHE awareness on a continual basis
  • Provide functional support to site to improve overall site Safety, Health & Environment practices, system & performance

スキル

  • English communication skill
  • Field experience should be more than 4 years
  • Preferable to have following experience/certificates
  • Safety supervisor (安全管理者)
  • Fire-prevention supervisor (防火管理者)
  • Health supervisor (衛生管理者)
  • Hazardous material engineer(危険物取扱者甲種)
  • JLPT N2 or fluency to conduct business in Japanese is a minimum requirement
  • Must have proper working VISA for Japan
  • Must be in Japan
