Internship in HR for Global Talent and Performance Management

YOUR ROLE

  • Steer projects to support the global talent and performance management team in day-to-day business
  • Be responsible in creating content and design of global materials
  • Organize and support on trainings
  • Learn and support the system design for our tools
  • Assist in setting up materials and communcation projects for updated Annual People Review

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student of business administration or psychology preferably with focus in human resources
  • Practical experience, e.g. by former internships, especially in HR, is beneficial
  • Advanced communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Open-minded personality with the ability to learn fast and a passion to change
