YOUR ROLE

  • IT Service Management for Datacenter services for the Americas Region
  • Interaction with Key Stakeholders within DxRa, Business Units, as well as Corporate IT Service Delivery
  • Interaction with Regional organization – IT Key Account Management, IT Governance, Purchasing, Finance, Shared Service Centers, and Local IT teams
  • Provider and Contract Management with a Global Service Provider
  • Coordinate/Implement programs throughout Americas Region in line with Global Strategy and Initiatives
  • Independently manage processes that include Project Requests; Invoice Validation; Escalation and Conflict Management; Reporting and Service Level Trending Analysis

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of ITIL Processes
  • Project Management with experience of budgets < $250k
  • Budget Management
  • Provider and Contract Management Experience
  • Ability to Manage Change (Technical, Organizational)
  • High sense of Accountability
  • Drive and Determination, Independent, Self-starter/Initiative
  • Strong Communication Skills (Written, Verbal, IT concepts into Business Terms)
  • Focus in Continuous Improvement Culture
  • Adaptable to Changing Priorities
  • Ability to Network with Colleagues of Diverse Backgrounds and Locations
  • Operational server platform experience (i.e. Wintel, Linux, Virtualization, etc.)
  • Enterprise IT Architectures/Landscapes
  • Manage Communications with Multiple Stakeholders as well as Expectations
  • 5+ years of IT Related or Equivalent Experience
  • The position will require some travel and candidates willing to be mobile are preferred
