Votre rôle

  • From Day 1 on Manage Your Own General Industry Accounts within South-Western Europe:
  • Lead and execute sales account plans to increase turnover & profitability for the Inside Sales Accounts
  • Maintain & increase the service level by ensuring commercial, technical and application support
  • Foster cross/up selling of portfolio within accounts to meet the ambitious revenue targets
  • Manage website inquiries through lead qualification process
  • Leverage turnover by “cold and warm acquisition” - contacting potential customers then directing to correct channel
  • Support Direct Sales Force in South-Western Europe in Managing their Accounts:
  • Regular check of Supplier Portals to fulfill requirements of major accounts (quality, request-for-quotation, etc.)
  • Manage special requests incl. order release, credit limit, debit/credit/return goods, quality concern
  • Support transactional processes such as contract management for major accounts
  • Manage chemical and equipment related orders and delivery processes for the entire region

Vos compétences

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in chemistry with up to 5 years’ experience in process technology
  • High level of organizational skills and self-confidence to manage and contact both existing and potential customers
  • Aptitude for problem solving; able to assist customers remotely and offer suggestions on process improvements
  • Proficient in using Office 365 (especially Excel; able to create reports and analysis sales data) and Teams (video/audio conferencing)
  • Clear affinity and growing expertise to work with SAP web-based CRM software as a primary tool (visits, follow-up)
  • Basic SAP skills to allow for inventory check & material status
  • You are fluent in French and English, Italian and/or Spanish is a plus
