YOUR ROLE

·Located in our Shared Service Center in Mexico, we support the HR related activities in Latin America and North America. The main objective of this position is to ensure high quality and punctual service delivery.

·Maintenance in the employee cycle system, basic information, movements, bonuses, among others.

YOUR SKILLS

·Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.

·English mandatory intermediate

·Proactiveness, continuous improvement mindset, analytical thinking.

·Digital skills, independent, customer service (at least a year)

·Excel-Intermediate: filters, pivot tables, basic formulas (no macros needed but desirable)

·Power Point- Presentation level
