Real Estate Portfolio Manager (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Collaborate in an international expert team and intercultural, diverse environment
  • Steer international real estate lease projects and conduct strategic contract review
  • Ensure compliant lease management & lease accounting and support improvement of existing processes
  • Prepare lease cost analyses/business cases for internal approvals and secure strategic alignment with business strategy
  • Coordinate provision of lease data information as basis for lease accounting process and Lease Contract Database update
  • Provide support for Real estate due diligences and integrations in  M&A-projects
  • Deliver portfolio optimization analyses such as multi-sites real estate transactions projects
  • Support development and implementation of Corporate Real Estate strategy (e.g. sustainability strategy, smart building)
  • Coordinate strategic alignment with the business units for major real estate projects of production and logistic locations  

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration/Economics, Law or Engineering with studies or professional experience in Real Estate Management, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Asset Management or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in real estate environment
  • Sound knowledge level of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other additional languages are desirable
  • Affinity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • Analytical, target oriented individual with structured and diligent work approach
  • Stress resistant, agile, self-organized team player with passion for outstanding results
