The Strategic Business Unit Consumers, Craftsmen and Building adhesives (ACC) provides high-quality solutions for adhesives, sealants and functional coatings to a wide target group ranging from consumers to professional craftsmen, and markets a wide range of brand name products, like Perfax, Pritt, Pattex, Loctite and Rubson. We are looking for a Brand Manager.


YOUR ROLE

  • Guarantee the implementation of the local marketing for the Sealants category (brands Rubson and Pattex) with the aim of reaching the formulated goals regarding organic sales growth, profit and market shares in the short and middle long term.
  • Define the local marketing activation for this category for both Belgium and The Netherlands . Definition of the product portfolio, innovations and local promotional plan.
  • Development of the national price list.
  • Development of the media and digital plan.
  • Manage the local marketing budget.
  • Provide the necessary input for the annual category review; prepare and present the annual local project review.
  • Monitoring and reporting of the different KPI’s (market shares, sales performance, tracking of innovations and media campaigns, portfolio reviews, budget follow-up and reporting).
  • Working from Brussels; regular visits to the office in Nieuwegein.
  • Benelux responsibility. International work environment;
