YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for managing industrial accounts mainly related to home appliance
  • Develop and execute account strategy including an ambitious annual revenue plan and target plan
  • Translate customers’ strategies and priorities into joint innovation roadmaps
  • Builds new product development pipelines and develop influential network on all key levels and dimensions of responsible accounts
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Henkel products and their application in customer processes
  • Keep pace with changes in practical daily business usage of business software and communication equipment
  • Manage expense budget and company property effectively
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to share information and get feedback

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Material Engineering or equivalent is required (Master’s Degree is plus)
  • Minimum of ten years total work experience is preferred especially in Adhesive or related industry
  • Minimum of five years work experience in Sales or Account Management is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Korean is required
