Purchasing Internship – Printed Packing Material

  • Support end-to-end global purchasing projects in Printed Packaging Materials categories
  • Conduct market research to provide leverage to team on tenders (discover main players, mapping of capacities, value chains, cost split structure and drivers, future outlooks)
  • Assist the team with the successful execution of cross-regional purchasing projects, provide up-to-date documentation and reporting support in project roll-out
  • Coordinate and monitor projects progress in alignment with global & regional stakeholders
  • Deep analysis of historical information (e.g. order behavior) to drive key insights for continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Sourcing and screening sustainable alternatives in packaging while manage saving targets
  • Helping regions to set, track and deliver their sustainability ambitions: plastic reduction and recyclability


  • Bachelor degree in Economy, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical, flexible and proactive person
  • Highly determined and able to work independently
  • Excellent team worker
  • Fluent proficiency in English, further languages are of advantage
  • Advanced MS Office skills, mainly Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI preferable.
  • Available for 6 months full-time as of Feb. 01, 2021
