YOUR ROLE

  • As a member of Henkel’s North America Talent Acquisition Team, you will gain valuable experience in employer branding and recruitment at a large, global organization.
  • Employer branding & reputation: Collaborate with global colleagues to develop innovative, creative campaigns to attract top talent to Henkel
  • Recruitment: Get deep insights behind the scenes of the complex recruitment lifecycle of a fast-growing organization and support recruitment initiatives
  • People analytics: Analyze data and derive insights to support taking our talent acquisition process to the next level

YOUR SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing, or communications with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Have an interest in pursuing a career in human resources
  • Ready to collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside of our organization on project management
  • Good communication, creative, as well as analytical and excel skills
