Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain Innovations

  • Drive supply chain alignment and communication to launch new product initiatives, cost savings, sourcing projects, or topics as assigned
  • Lead cross-functional teams to agreed timing or defined targets. Drive functional accountability.
  • Govern projects to meet safety, quality, sustainability, and efficiency targets.
  • Builds and defends business cases for new projects by calculating costs, capacity studies, investment confirmation, sourcing and SC feasibility
  • Steer cross functional team to optimize the assortment of articles to reduce manufacturing complexity / costs
  • Collaborate with integrity to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Other duties as assigned


  • At minimum, a Bachelors degree required. Engineering backgrounds preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in a technical or operational environment
  • Experience in steering inter-functional teams (also based in different geographies) and good adaptability to multicultural backgrounds.
  • Good understanding of the main cost drivers of manufacturing operations, demonstrated project management skills
  • Sound understanding of financial principles and the build-up of business cases. Ability to understand and defend arguments for a project’s economical evaluation.
  • Fundamental skills in Microsoft suite of products and a demonstrated knowledge of SAP is an asset
