  • Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions
  • Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interests
  • Lead on customer propensity analysis and leverage this intelligence to improve marketing strategy
  • Design research programs to address business needs
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations
  • Identify customer pain points and research tactical and transformation solutions
  • Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization wide
  • Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software
  • Develop a strategic data transformation plan and communicate this framework to relevant stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field
  • Min. 5+ years’ experience in related field
  • Strong numerical and statistical skills
  • Ability to apply creative analytical methods to solve problems
  • Expertise in leverage analytical tools
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to deliver work that has numerous tactical applications in a clearly visual form
