YOUR ROLE

  • Cross regional customer complaint coordination
  • Key Account customer portals management and entries
  • Regional support and subject matter expert for customer requirement documentation and processes ex. PPAP, MOC, APQP
  • Regional support for customer satisfaction score cards tracking and improvement actions
  • Regional support for customer and internal audit preparations
  • Regional support for implementation of customer specific requirements

YOUR SKILLS

  • Technical Educational Background: Chemical or Mechanical engineering. 
  • 2+ years total experience in quality management and customer facing role
  • SAP knowledge (ie CCMS)
  • Native English speaker and valuable French and German
  • Good communications skills and open attitude to speak daily with European customers.
