Manager Sales and Channel Excellence EIMEA - Automotive Components (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Driving and implementing commercial excellence standards and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer facing teams
  • Drive and support strategic programs on sales and channel excellence regionally (Sales CRM, Sales Excellence, Key Account management, Training and development, Tail management and Channel management)
  • Liaise with central CRM team to support business CRM best practice
  • Test and roll out new applications/ functionalities for sales and channel excellence
  • Support Sales enablement topics including training and process improvement

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Sales, Marketing or other relevant field
  • Several years experience in Market and Channel Management, ideally in an industrial company
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Resourceful and able to influence delivery through others through non formal reporting lines
  • Possibility to coach and manage young talents
  • Fluent English language skills
