  • Join the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Make an impact in our journey to excellence in Global Market & Customer Activation by shaping our Henkel Adhesives Digital Marketing Transformation to a Customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Understand markets & business needs, to digitally and effectively transform B2B Marketing & Lead Management with the goal to tailor our new processes, Technologies and capabilities to our multiple business models (D2B, 3rd parties retail management, distribution management, large Accounts)
  • Own and drive new Global Marketing Automation Cloud Technology development and adoption in E2E integration with Sales & new Service Cloud Technology such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle
  • Lead and further develop Global Customer Identity and Access Management Technology and adoption across businesses and Markets to unlock new personalization capabilities (SAP Gigya / Customer Data Cloud)
  • Excellent Agile Program lead and supervisor, also enabling timely decision making by senior stakeholders
  • Technically lead any Global Digital Activation initiatives and best in class campaigns and related processes, working with multiple markets, businesses and functions 
  • Vendor management and budget planning and tracking responsibility for Marketing Cloud and Customer Identity & Access management


  • Economics/Statistics/Information Technology and/or Digital Marketing background, with focus on B2B Marketing Automation technology in order to master data-driven & multi-channel Customer Experiences and Campaigns
  • Min. 8 years proven experience within B2B Marketing Automation Cloud solutions & Customer Identity and Access Management (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Adobe) within large organizations
  • In depth experience in working in an IT agile environment and making tough decisions quickly and effectively
  • In depth professional knowledge of B2B Marketing & Lead Management dynamics on processes, tools and operational level
  • Great project management and team management skills are required
  • Good presentation and relationship skills, in order to drive large transformational projects
  • International background, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different countries and contexts
  • Very good business acumen, results driven person, self-motivating and hands-on approach
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to details
  • Fluent business-level English
