YOUR ROLE

  •  Manages Regional Sales area team including sales efficiency, training, budget
  • Achieves full business potential (sales and profit) of area by securing efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities
  • Propose annual top line growth for their area
  • Supports sales staff with overall topics such as price implementation, payment terms, receivables
  • Sales lead management and feedback
  • Relationship development with key regional customers.
  • Team Relationship development with key regional customers.
  • Responsible for the direct management and development of select key strategic Industrial Distributors both at a regional level and a global level.
  • Coordinates and executes Quarterly and Annual Business reviews, along with Top-to-Top executive meetings
  • Collaborates with Channel Marketing Managers (and M&CA), and works cross functionally to develop content implement training programs needed to support distributor related initiatives, e.g. selling tools, product launches, program support, training modules

YOUR SKILLS

  • University Degree in business, chemistry or engineering 
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience 
  • 5 years managerial/leadership experience
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Sales Performance & Leadership Skills
