YOUR ROLE

The Digital Operations Manager’s main responsibility is to secure the direction and infrastructure needed to ensure Henkel’s brands’ digital presence with a focus on owned and paid media.
Own responsibilities:
1. Sets the red-line for developing Henkel’s brands digital ecosystem
2. Ensures that technical platforms and/or tools for digitalisation exists either by: a. Evaluating international initiatives for local roll-out where relevant b. Influencing management and challenging international stakeholders in different forums c. Investigating local solutions where international solutions are not available (ex. working with local development agencies)
3. Ensures that historic insights and trends are provided to Activation team (content production and media performance)
4. Aligns on a regular basis with brand/activation team leads, to make sure the expertise of the team is used in the best possible way

Overviews Marketing budget spending in media, websites & e-commerce, monthly reporting, ensuring planning and delivery of plans The Digital Operations Manager’s main responsibility is to secure the direction and infrastructure needed to ensure Henkel’s brands’ digital presence with a focus on owned and paid media.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Marketing and Digital knowledge is a requirement for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a background in digital marketing, as well as the capacity to flex between different perspectives – from operations to strategy, from local to international, and from what is possible on backend vs. what is needed for the business or consumer communications.
  • S)he leads a team of 2 full-time employees and 1 intern, and is responsible for Media, E-commerce and Websites.
  • The team leads activities for Beauty Retail BU and Laundry & Home Care BU in digital projects. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a background in digital marketing, as well as the capacity to flex between different perspectives – from operations to strategy, from local to international, and from what is possible on backend vs. what is needed for the business or consumer communications.
