Master Data Specialist

YOUR ROLE

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager the Master Data Specialist would be a key member of the Professional Beauty Care Supply Chain Team. Working across all business pillars and closely with team members the candidate would also be a key liaison between Global Master Data Teams and the Canadian business.
  • The Role & Responsibilities:
    • Master Data Creation, Maintenance and Reporting including data entry, upload and changes into SAP.
    • Provide master data inputs and generate reports for all MIS, including S&OP Process, Inventory Analysis, Distribution, Transportation, Logistics, Customer Sales Orders, Vendors, Procurement, Purchase Orders, Product Promotions, Forecasting, Distribution and Demand Planning.
    • Access, review, apply and use master data objects and strive for continuous improvement.
    • Review requests for completeness and respond accurately & in a timely manner.
    • Adhere to all defined supply chain process framework and all internal controls.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Undergraduate degree (BA, BS or any equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of experience with master data or supply chain planning, inventory control, transportation/logistics and/or distribution processes.
  • SAP knowledge & experience with master data.
  • Strong analytical approach with advanced Excel skills is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments including team members from both local & global time-zones.
