YOUR ROLE

  • Oversee projects to ensure completion based on given timelines and monitor team performance, SLA/KPI, and utilization
  • Responsible for strategic decision making and prioritization based on urgency, reworks, and other unexpected issues
  • Communicate with designers, coordinators, printers, and Brand Managers through email
  • Guide a team of designers, delegate design tasks based on individual competencies, and assign back-up for unexpected absences
  • Review and improve the current process and handle escalations by connecting involved parties, conducting investigations, and identifying action points
  • Screen and interview for hiring and onboard new employees with equipment, licenses, and accesses
  • Support the team in handling production, in case needed


YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Digital Print Media or any design-related course
  • Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in the packaging or printing industry (i.e., good understanding of printing essentials)
  • Minimum of two (2) years related work experience in using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator; preferably in the packaging or printing industry
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in people management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with excellent organizational and time management skills
