YOUR ROLE

  • Market & competition analysis (eCommerce and D2C)
  • Concept and business model development for new D2C brands
  • Optimization of go-to-market and activation strategy for existing D2C brands
  • Cross-functional project coordination
  • Assisting in building new capabilities and process improvement to grow Henkel Beauty Care’s online and D2C business (consumer and industry insights, technology platform or tools)
  • Own set of responsibilities for a project within new channels / D2C  

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
  • First professional experience in the FMCG industry or start-up scene, international experience is beneficial
  • Fluent English language skills, other languages are advantageous
  • Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in the areas of UX, UI, web shop set-up as well as performance marketing is a plus
  • Highly motivated, driven and open-minded team player with high level of independence
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Availability as of January 2021 for 6 months
