  • Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global strategic projects with a focus on sales and channel excellence in Henkel adhesives’ consumer goods business unit
  • Steer your own project within one of our team’s focus areas and drive change throughout our global organization
  • Develop and implement a global CRM knowledge hub for best practices, trainings, and problem resolution
  • Conduct research on and pioneer in system and process enhancements to derive recommendations on the organization’s way forward
  • Support the development of best practices for key account management and contribute to the successful roll-out of the key account excellence framework 
  • Support the team in all focus areas and gain valuable insights into B2B sales and marketing activities


  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven analytical skills to break down complex problems, to handle comprehensive data sets and to derive fact-based decisions
  • Critical thinking to challenge the status-quo and to come up with new ideas
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully deal with stakeholders across regions, functions and levels
  • Highly motivated, self-organized, and ambitious team player
