YOUR ROLE

Job Summary:  The Supply Planner is responsible for delivering a supply plan that leads to our service level and inventory targets. This includes execution and review of the given planning processes for finished goods, co-packed and promotional items as well our product innovations. He owns key planning relationships to suppliers and to the demand team to align on constrained planning for S&OP. He is responsible to prepare, read and decide upon the leading indicators for the supply status of his portfolio.

  • Be part of an entrepreneurial team with a strong feedback culture and the ability to drive change.

  • Support of the $1Billion Gross Sales Beauty Care Retail business with a sustained service level of 98% through an excellent supply planning process

  • Utilize our leading planning indicators, like production adherence, pacing, weeks of coverage to drive needed decision.

  • Balance short term requirements with mid to long-term capacity planning in our inhouse productions and our external contract manufacturers.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Thinking creative and out of the box attitude

  • Willingness to learn and grow through a natural curiosity

  • 3– 5 years of experience in Supply Planning - preferably on the basis of SAP.APO

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • B.S. or B.A. degree desired in Supply Chain Management
