Lead Person- Warehouse

YOUR ROLE

  • Promote safety in all aspects of the job.
  • Assist Team Manager in holding monthly shift meetings.
  • Ensure proper operation of all warehouse equipment including forklifts, batteries, sweeper/scrubber, and stretch wrap machines etc.
  • Assist the Team Manager in overseeing the receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory control of all materials and training of new employees.
  • Communicate with all production departments for supplying packaging materials and support.

YOUR SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Competent reading, writing, and math skills.
  • A thorough knowledge of all warehouse functions.
  • Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving
  • Good problem-solving skills
