  • Promote, encourage, and deliver Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) programs and activities that are aligned with the business needs.
  • Ensure corporate requirements and legal compliance with relevant national and local government legislation/regulations are met.
  • Propose and implement actions to address gaps in SHEQ compliance and best practice activity and drive performance improvement.
  • Responsible for the local SHEQ integrated management system, including the internal audit program
  • Support accreditations as required by the business such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001
  • Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders across the business both Internal and external to achieve SHEQ excellence


  • Business or relevant tertiary degree or certificate qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a SHEQ role, with exposure to manufacturing environment advantageous
  • Experience with quality management, ISO accreditations
  • Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation at government and local body level
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
