Third Party Manufacturing SHE Manager (m/f)

  • Work with 3PM team, business, SCM/Logistics, purchasing and site teams to drive strategic SHE improvement 3rd party contracted manufacturers, facilitate the implementation of concrete SHE audit plan and integrate SHE as part of key elements in term of contractor/supplier selection and performance evaluation
  • Develop and continuously improve standard, program, tools, training and work processes relating to SHE management of 3rd party contracted manufacturers end to end process in compliance with national laws / regulations and Corporate standards/policies; Work with each site to have a site-specific roll plan for implementation in line with regional strategic plan
  • Facilitate a network of SHE expertise from Countries and Sites to leverage resource to effectively implement 3PM SHE audit with standardized approach, identify the strategic improvement action
  • Work closely with peers in SHE team and support each other to improve overall SHE program, as there are interfaces and overlaps between 3rd Party SHE management and major SHE initiatives. Participate SHE compliance audit program 


  • A candidate with Master’s degree in SHE and/or Chemistry, Risk Management, Environmental Management, or related field
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Practical experience on supplier management, 3rd party warehousing, Toller SHE management, with chemical knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good leadership, organization, influencing and analytical skills
  • Thorough understanding of SHE processes and risk management
  • Good business sense, can interact with various parties in business environment
  • Business fluent English skills are required, German knowledge is an advantage
  • MS Office and SAP or any other ERP system knowledge is required
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driving licence
