Key Account Manager for Aerospace Defense & Space - Adhesive Technologies H/F

  • The Aviation, Space & Rail Key Account segment has a strong growth ambition for the next 10 years. Goal of this position is to contribute to key accounts strategy and drive its execution within the Defense, Space & Aerospace markets in central & southern Europe. Develop & steer Key Account business and strategies with the target to expand customer opportunities and Henkel footprint. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans, including ambitious annual revenue plans and target plans, for key customers

  • Responsible for delivering on revenue targets (top line and profit goals) at customer locations within defined area of responsibility and also for overall customer satisfaction at these locations

  • Develop influential network at all key levels & dimensions of designated customers, with focus on long term strategic relationship development, to drive growth in line with set targets

  • Understand key customer innovation trends and needs and translate into Henkel portfolio and innovation needs

  • Engage customers on innovation & contribute to the development of the innovation pipeline


  • Master’s degree in business or technology
  • More than 5 years working experience
  • Aerospace Defense & Space industry expert – understanding of market segments, industry trends, market player landscape, manufacturing processes
  • Technical profile – ideally knowledge on the manufacture of electronic components & related materials and/or Henkel technologies / technical background
  • Experience in Key Account Management of large industrial accounts
  • Fluent English and French language required
