Regional Product Implementation Specialist (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Foster our R&D strategy by actively supporting the implementation of our innovation pipeline
  • Identify new opportunities for product development and work with project teams to bring these opportunities to market 
  • Accelerate the implementation of globally developed formulas on regional level
  • Provide technical support for production trials in CEE plants
  • Closely collaborate with global and regional R&D, supply chain, marketing and sales departments
  • Support Henkel´s sustainability strategy in all areas and drive our commitment regarding Diversity and Inclusion
  • Maintain technical data in our IT systems to ensure proper project steering and a smooth product supply to the market

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc./BSc) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or other Technical degree preferred
  • Demonstrated project management and laboratory skills
  • Experience in a chemical and manufacturing plant
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills 
  • Passion for innovation and critical thinker with complex problem solving skills Strong team player with drive for change and results
  • Proven leadership, sense of urgency, flexibility, self-starter – takes the initiative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Advanced German language skills preferred
  • Potential for up to 10% overnight travel per year - Driving license (B) required
