Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager

  • Lead A3 projects on key issues/opportunities identified by the business
  • Train/Coach and develop operations team members and facilitate CI/Lean workshops/Kaizen events targeting specific improvement opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional projects tasked with improving Logistic and Warehousing processes.
  • Manage and drive the AC Customer Compliance team in an effort to reduce financial penalties and improve service to the customer
  • Analyze and report Logistic CCMS to the team and drive improvements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business-related discipline, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work with and drive cross functional groups of people
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills
  • Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, A3 experience
  • Competent in project management, possessing the ability to lead continuous improvement workshops/events
