YOUR ROLE

  • Support the learning processes, from the planning to the closure of seminars.
  • Execute defined procedures like organizing a training in our internal systems and learning management tools.
  • Act as point of contact for employees and vendors offering continuous support and guidance.
  • Provide support on HR systems, tools and processes via internal Contact Center.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (spoken & written) and the knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Continuous Improvement mentality, proactivity and analytical skills.
  • SAP desirable
